In the last year, we have been having delays to services. This was not the case a few years ago.

Très mauvaise gestion des réservations de groupes pendant les heures de pointe des pendulaires.
Arrêté le overbooking. Éliminer entièrement les réservations.

My needs were definitely catered for by very helpful and pleasant SBB staff who went that extra mile to make me feel like an important passenger.
